This turned out to be THE BEST roasted chicken i have ever made. And i didn't even let it marinate overnight, just for the day. So will definitely do the overnight marinate next time. I have tried several roasted chicken recipes in the past, none have even come close to the deliciousness of this recipe. I highly suggest it! It was really easy, just have to remember to prepare it in advance for the next day. So worth it though! Also, my potatoes overcooked, but we love mashed potatoes around these parts so no big whoop :) Cooked up some frozen green beans for our veggie and all in all is was the bomb!
