Our Thanksgiving Holiday began with the arrival of my brother Chris, who took his first (and more than likely last, haha) bus trip all the way down from New York to be able to spend the Holiday with us here in the Dirtay Dirtay.
We made our best attempt to keep Chris's visit a secret although it was really hard and both jenny and I slipped up in phone call convos a few times (did our best to cover it up and we thought we were slick but....they totally had an idea that he might be there. oh well! )
Mom, Dave, Jessica and Elijah arrived on Thanksgiving morning.

From that moment on, the rest of the holiday seemed to go by in one gigantic blur of food, festivities, football, babies, toddlers, conversations and laughter abound, more food, spiderman, park adventures, historic downtown adventures, more food, sitting by the fire-pit sipping beers and warming our feet , mom playing guitar and singing, more conversations and laughter,  more food.....you get the point. :)

Before i knew it , everyone was packing up and we were saying our goodbyes. Went by in a blur of blessings.
And I miss everyone already.

Love and light,
A
